Main Course | 主菜

Every cuisine has a main course, and they come in different varieties and flavours. As students, when we think of a main course, it has to contain a lot of meat or fish. In my recipes I will show you that whipping up a proper main course does not necessarily require meat or fish; sometimes you might need them but if you're a student and living on a budget, you don't need to!
